- Welcome to the digital home of the people's pops! We buy fresh, organic fruits and herbs from several New York City Green Markets; transform them into ice-cold popsicles and shave-ice. Our flavors can be as simple as strawberries and cream to something a bit more complex, like watermelon, cucumber and hyssop - but our menu remains completely contingent on local produce, so it's always changing. The only thing constant is deliciousness.
